Montana first acquired an interest in real estate from her father, the owner of a residential real estate appraisal company. For years, she has regularly accompanied him on appraisal inspections to gain a deeper understanding of the valuation process. Inspired by her father, she has acquired an entrepreneurial spirit and the skills to accurately valuate a property, helping her clients get the biggest bang for their buck.
