    Jason has lived in the Seattle area for nearly his entire life, currently residing in Kirkland with his wife, Molly, and his kids, Ty (18) and Riley (10). You may recognize Jason & Molly, as they met in a very unusual way - on ABC’s The Bachelor in 2008! Now working together as a team, Jason & Molly are always happy to talk about their whirl wind experience on TV.

Chris Dalto

Originally from Southern California, Chris moved to Washington State to earn a bachelor’s degree in Law. Chris’s experiences, coupled with years in law enforcement, have provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in Real Estate.

Molly Mesnick

Molly has had a unique career history, from her time on ABC’s The Bachelor to a long-standing role co-hosting the morning show on 106.1 KISS FM.  These experiences have armed her with the unparalleled ability to bond with her clients.

  • Montana first acquired an interest in real estate from her father, the owner of a residential real estate appraisal company. For years, she has regularly accompanied him on appraisal inspections to gain a deeper understanding of the valuation process. Inspired by her father, she has acquired an entrepreneurial spirit and the skills to accurately valuate a property, helping her clients get the biggest bang for their buck. Montana prides herself on making the process completely seamless for her clients.

    Launching her career as the Operations Manager for a high-producing real estate team, she knows what it takes to provide top-notch service.

    Named after Joe Montana, she is fittingly an avid football fan. When she’s not catching a game, Montana enjoys PNW hikes, golfing, and wine-tasting. She’s always on the hunt for the best rosé spot!

RaeAnne Marcum

RaeAnne’s motivation behind becoming a broker has to do with her passion for the industry and her love of people. Seattle has been her home for over 15+years. She has excessive knowledge of the surrounding neighborhoods, infrastructure and all which the great northwest has to offer. Prior to moving to Seattle, she grew up in Richland, WA, where much of her family still resides. She has a great pride for where she grew up and has worked on an inspiring relocation program for people moving from the east side to the west side of the state.

  • RaeAnne naturally gravitated to the industry. She has always been drawn to property rentals, construction management, home improvements, and interior design. She started working in the field in 2012 and became a licensed Washington State broker in 2014. Many of her projects have included the complexities that come with rezoning, boundary line adjustments, city permitting and various land assessments. As a seasoned real estate professional and investor, she has a broader understanding than many other agents which helps to empower her clients with in-depth insight so they can make the best educated decision for themselves and their future.
