Chris Dalto
Originally from Southern California, Chris moved to Washington State to earn a bachelor’s degree in Law. Chris’s experiences, coupled with years in law enforcement, have provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in Real Estate.
His clients include everyone from top business and tech leaders to professional athletes and coaches. "They are all very busy people and want a seamless transaction," Chris says. "They expect me to anticipate problems before they happen and fix them." Chris manages the entire transaction from start to finish.
Chris takes great pride in the fact that his success stems in large from positive referrals. He works tirelessly to meet his client's needs and be a calming, knowledgeable guide throughout the buying and/or selling process. Chris works in all price points and gives each and every client the same experience. "I'm available anytime, anywhere," he says. "No single transaction is ever as important as a relationship."
Chris also makes it a point to give back to the community that he has been a part of for so long by supporting organizations, such as the Seattle Children’s Hospital. Chris has a passion for helping people and believes it is his mission to provide any possible service to his community. Chris is also a part of the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce. His peers often describe him as detail-oriented, hard-working, personable, and honest.
